If you think or say that the other person is an unbeliever,
it simply means that you are wrong and lack right understanding.
In fact, by such assertion you become the unbeliever.
Do you know why?
The reason is because God did not just made humans in God's own image and likeness but,
God actually resides in every human and your assertion did not take cognisance of the fact that God lives within us.
So, everyone carries God within and no one can dispute that.
Your religion does not make you a believer of God rather,
it is your conscious realisation that God resides within each human,
that will make you a believer of God.

Well, by their statement : "I don't believe in the existence of God," they have acknowledged the existence of God.
God is already ingrained in their mind, heart and soul but much learning has further darkened the veil over their eyes.
