THE LAST MOMENT

 

I live each day of my life
with the belief that it is the last moment
to live in this miserable world.

 

I noticed this realization within my Heart
when I questioned myself: ‘why so much hurry?’
Each day, I regard as another gift – the best one,
from the Great Divine.

 

Each day presents another great opportunity
to express gratitude to the Beloved,
who I owe everything in this life.

 

Even as miserable as this world is,
the Beloved has laced my life with eternal pleasures.

 

More miserable are those that could not see
and partake of such limitless pleasure.
