We are all souls and our various labels (Hinduism, Islam, Sikhism, Christianity, etc) will not take us anywhere other than here.
We have to peel away these labels, now and accept our common humanity as Soul.
Soul is Love and Love knows no label.
We must not love because one is of the same religion with us.
We must not stop to love those from other religion. Love does not discriminate colour, creed, language or ethnicity.
Love is not perverse as religious fanatics have let us know. Love is pure.
In LUKE 6:32 -36, Jesus the Christ said,
[32] "If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' love those who love them. [33] And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' do that. [34] And if you lend to those from whom you expect repayment, what credit is that to you? Even 'sinners' lend to 'sinners,' expecting to be repaid in full. [35] But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. [36] Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful."
Our soul is of God and was created in the image and likeness of God.
God is Love as 1 John 4:16 succinctly put it thus:
“God is love, and whoever remains in love remains in God and God in him.”
So, the very day we begin to discriminate who to love and who not to love then, we are beginning to lose our true essence – Love.
“Whoever is without love does not know God, for God is love.” (1 John 4:8).
Since no one is without love, love is certainly the way to God:
“God is love. Our soul is of the same essence as that of God – it has love innate in itself – and the way back to God is also through love.” Sant Kirpal Singh Ji Maharaj.
