THE HEART

The Heart only contains LOVE and its relatives.
Of cause, Love is God and God is Love.
Loving others is same as loving the Most High God.
Is it not true?

 Then, what hinders you from expressing Love for certain persons?
Unbound whatever grip on you that causes you to hold back.
Let love flow from within and permeate the whole of your being.
For that is the condition of the Heart and our true nature.

Love gladdens the Heart and soothes the ever restless mind.
Where there is love there exist no pains in the Heart.
But, the Heart aches, languishes and sob when love is restricted.

 As delicate as it is, we still toy with the Heart,
denying it of the only nourishment that sustains it.
We dull it with pollutants thereby losing our true nature.

 Oh man, listen to your Heart for once 

and let love and peace reign in your being.
